After many years of living in New York City working in the most famous night clubs, like Studio 54, in many different capacities of business, a great friend of mine by the name of Alberto Rizzo gave me a camera and told me to take pictures, and that I would love it and be successful. Of course he was one of the most famous photographers of his time, so I accepted and with respect started taking pictures. For the following twenty years I have been so grateful to Alberto for his gift and giving me the guidance and introduction to a new passion for life. I proceeded to work with a new pace of enthusiasm like never before. I lived and worked in Miami for six years shooting fashion for a man named Foto Harr who had one of the most successful companies in Germany producing fashion catalogues for companies like Spiegel. The rest of the year I work for advertising companies and editorial magazines and had some special clients like Bertram Yachts, Cigarettes Boats, Centrust Bank, Esso and Exxon. Once I was offered a job to shoot an interior for Southern Living Magazine, which I accepted even though I had never attempted shooting interiors before. This was a blessing, I ended up, after this photo shoot, absolutely loving working in and photographing interiors. As you might expect another change in my career and I have been fortunate to have worked for some of the most highly respected publications and clients in the market place, like Veranda and Architecture Digest. One day I received a call from a potential client who had seen my work in a magazine with a new project to photograph one of their 5 star properties in Thailand. I jumped at the opportunity to travel to South East Asia. Well, it was a great success for all concerned and over the past six years I have been photographing hotels, resorts, spas and advertising companies throughout South East Asia. An important note is that over the years I have gained an abundance of knowledge and achieved new insights with the ability to adapt to any photographic assignment or challenge. Working with the new generation of creative persons, I am able to bring my professional abilities, knowledge, and wisdom to the project and the many years of experience and success to each new situation. At present, I am living in Los Angeles and have several new clients and continue to keep in touch with many of my past clients and friends in the industry.
